sims running slow
Sims running slow n laggy? I know my RAM is poor but even with just the base game, What can I do?

@Kaitlen18 The Error 740 happened because you opened the regular version of PowerShell, not the one with (Admin) in its name.
@puzzlezaddict It says the same thing even when I open it under Admin
@Kaitlen18 Make sure to restart your computer before trying again. If it still doesn't work, please post a screenshot of what you see when you try to run DISM in "PowerShell (Administrator)," just like the screenshot from earlier.
