SIMS-Screen keeps going (white) blank randomly while playing, started 4 days ago

it started after an update, i went back in game and randomly (lasts only a few seconds) the whole screen goes white. i can still hear the sims ect. it keeps happening every few seconds to minutes. i ...

@puzzlezaddict i did it and it says there is "no problem found" yet it is still happing ONLY when i play the sims, it doesn't do it with anything else. i believe I've done everything.

@MissMaye04  Please attach the dxdiag to a reply here, so I can see it.  There are only a few types of issues that the dxdiag would flag as a Problem, but at lot more that would show up elsewhere in the file.
