sims stand around

@Juairea727  Are you testing new households in existing saves, or in new saves too?  If you haven't already, please try an entirely new save, with the sim(s) placed in one of the base game worlds.

If the new save is fine, please describe where you're adding the sims to your main save, for example maybe you're placing them in a specific world or on a rental lot.

If the new save is affected, please run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.

It is actually happening to all households now.

@Juairea727  I don't see anything unusual in your dxdiag, but it's also missing some information.  (That's not your fault; it just happens sometimes.)  So please play again, for at least 15 minutes, then quit look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened during this most recent Sims 4 play session.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

Please also let me know what kind of install this is: EA App, Steam, Epic, mixed, or something else.

@Juairea727  Please uninstall Razer Chroma, and if that doesn't help, any other Razer software you have: Synapse, Cortex, etc.

If that doesn't help either, I do need to know what kind of install this is.

It didn't help, I have 2 new errors now.  The game is downloaded thru the EA app. I've tried just repairing it but that didn't help.
