I recently added a new expansion pack to my collection, it was horse ranch.
Ever since my sims keep getting stuck. I assign them tasks to do or things to do and they all just stand there. Eventually once ive reset everyone it works again but it keeps happening which is frustrating!
LahLahX You chose the "never cc or mods" tag, but is that in fact true, that there is absolutely nothing in your Mods folder other than Resource.cfg? I just want to make sure since the simplest explanation for this kind of behavior is a bad mod.
If that's not the issue, please test a new save, for comparison's sake. Use fresh sims and a default EA-made lot, nothing from the Gallery or your own library.
If the new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
If the new save is fine, load your old save and move the sims to a different lot, again a default EA build rather than anything from the Gallery. You don't have to save your progress; this is just for testing.
