Sims won't save to my library and can't be uploaded to gallery... help!

Hi, for some reason my sims won't show up in my library once I've saved them. Also, I tried to share a household to the gallery but it hasn't worked and my sims appear in their underwear in their...

Are you using custom content ? If so, try the advance filter and include custom content.

    It's a new option they added to the gallery. Just underneath the other filters you'll see ADVANCE. Click on that to get an option to include cc.

      Thank you, but my sims still won't save to my gallery and they appear in their underwear even though I put clothes on them. I only have custom content hair and some jewellery but that's about it... if that helps at all. 🙂

        Hi! I started having the same problem 2 days ago. The sims I create will not save to the library. Also I cannot seem to connect online. Very frustrating. I have reinstalled the game and it is also up to date. Thanks for any help.
