sims3/sims4 keep stuttering when panning across

That looks fine.

Could you maybe describe your issue in a few more words ? Maybe adding a video would also help. I do assume you have hickups when you move around the screen ? Only in live mode or also buy/buld mode ? Do you have any troubles when you stay put ?

i tried filming with fraps but it oddly didnt show up well when i looked back

    Any background programs running ? Maybe Razor software ?

        It's weird since you seem to have it in both games.

        Sims 3 does have it's issue with that kind of stuff, especially if you own a lot of expansions but Sims 4 base only make me think something else is off

        Do you have this ONLY in the Sims games or also others ?
