Sims4 "Cas.Fulleditmode" cheat

I go onto my sims and my sim has turned to a elder! Even though he waa a young adult the last time i was on the game, i do the cheat cas.fulleditmode and now i cant change his age because it says that he is a pre existing sim! Why does it say that and how do i fix it! Help me please!
