Sims4 CAS problem HELP !

There is no short cut to finding broken cc & mods I'm afraid, it's up to the artist of particular cc to keep them compatible with the game, so you need to find the culprit cc affecting your game. To do that,  remove and cull them 50/50 to find it, there may be an updated version or reported as broken. Mods like UI Cheats Extension,  MCCC to name a few, have updated and you'll find the correct  links there too.

As for custom content, it will likely be found via the culling method, using a 'fixing type of  new' game will help that a lot, by not 'stripping the cc off your sims'.. More tips at my post here on maintaining your game with cc and Sims 4 Update Patches.

@Shadows9913  Just follow the steps at that post, and you should be fine, mods and cc upkeep is sometimes time consuming, but a very necessary process to have it in your game, and is a standard thing to check/maintain them after every patch.. some would recommend taking them out of your game prior to updating after a patch and add them slowly, folder by folder checking each time. (note EA also states to use 'at your own risk', as they don't support/endorse it so to speak)..
