Sims4 City Living Free Trial Install Error
Hey! My problem is that, the trial version is downloaded, but I couldn't install it.It says it's have to be in My Game Library, but I can't find it.I can't click on it nowhere.So annoying!Please help...

@psztrvirag Hello! Are you able to click Play to open TS4? Based on your screen image, it looks like the pack has downloaded. I believe it will finish installing when you open the game.
I have the same problem.
It says I own it but when I open the game it won't let me play the trial.
It tells me I have "New trial" but when I click it it asks me to restart the game. I did it a few times, I even restarted my computer. Still the same.
And when I enter into a game and try to choose the new world it tells me it was not installed and that I should restart the game after it finishes downloading.
When will it finish downloading? I can't see any progress bar anywhere. (There is nothing going on in the place the game usually shows update progress and install in Origin).
@Czarnoczerrwona Hi! Thanks for sharing those images. Perhaps try closing the game and using Origin to repair it. In your Origin game library, right click on the game and select Repair.
@psztrvirag Maybe you could try this as well?Edit: The repair can take some time depending on how many packs you own. Please allow the repair to completely run on all packs before attempting to open the game again.
Hi! I have the save problem but repairing the game does not work.
Apologies. I'm trying to help but I already have the pack and won't be able to see what's happening with this trial. There are several reports of issues with it so just know that you're not alone. Many others are having similar issues. I was just reading a bit more about the trial. Per Origin, "You can try the trial content with an existing game saved and it will make a copy of it (so it won’t overwrite your original game save)."
Can you all double check your saves list at the load menu to see if there is a second version of your current game? I wonder if the CL trial is only available in the copy?
Edit: Or see if you can access the trial in a New save?
Second Edit: Also, if anyone does find a copy in their load menu, please post a screenshot of your load menu so we may see what that looks like. Thanks!
