sims4 game got deleted,found the save file in trash how do I addback to game?

When I open the sims game it is saying I have no games. I was clearing files on my mac and must have deleted sims files. I went in the trash and found a Sims 4 folder that has SAVES, screenshots, mods etc. So I found the files I deleted how do I get the saves back into the game?
