My sims4 is extremely glitchy after i updated windows 10 yesterday and updatet Sims4 today. i cant see the needs of my sims, the camera doesn't move to the sim after i double-click on their faces and switching between sims doesnt change anything on the personality traits tab, among many other issues that have now made the game unplayable...
Is there any thing i can do to resolve this?

Pull your entire Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content? How does TS4 run now? If it still lags or glitches, please run a dxdiag on this computer and attach it to a post.

If the game runs fine in the new folder, you probably have some outdated mods or cc, and you'll need to sort through those files manually. You can just replace any whose creators have already provided updates, as some have today. Otherwise, test in batches; any batch that causes issues needs to be split and tested again until you've found the problem file(s). While testing, be sure to delete localthumbcache.package, also in your game folder, each time you quit.
Once you've sorted through your mods and cc, you can move your Saves and Tray folders from your old game folder to the new one, and your existing content will be back in your game.
