Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

This is my first time ever posting a Discussion or start one. My sims4 wont start up and says '[ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]' . I assume this is showing because I deleted all my mods files  to clear up some space  and I deleted something I wasn't supposed too. I also permanently deleted  them. I have done what I can like try to repair the game, redownload it, restart my computer, and download it on steam.  Please help me in some way, like how to get the files back or something. PLEASE HELP!!!!
