Sims=households aren't showing up in game/at bottom of screen

So basically, about three days ago I started up my sims 4 and created a new game. When I tried to select a plot/house, it sent me a notification saying something like 'error 102... please relaunch game. I looked it up and other people had similar things , so I removed my mods+ cc, and it worked. But when I selected a new household , my sim was not appearing at the bottom of the screen or the game itself. When I run my mouse over the household it has this weird flashing blue box with a loading circle ? I did remove my mods and cc little by little and used a conflict detector , but it wasn't the cc. It was the game because even after I removed all my mods and cc it still wasn't working. I also uninstalled the game 3 times again, and I looked everywhere to see if others had this same issue and only found one other video on this topic. Anything that can help? I have been wanting to play for ages and I feel like iv'e done everything possible to try and fix this.

Removing mods one by one isn't good method. Even if you will remove all mods it isn't enough

You probably downloaded outdated mods or CC. After each update, most scripts mods and a large part CC will be spoiled and will spoil the game. Before you download something you have to check on the page of mods creator if these mods and CC are not too old. But remember - you will do it many times in the future. Checking what broke down this time after the patch, and replacing these broken ones by a new updated version or deleting these is the price the player pays for using CC and mods in TS4

    .

    1. Move the mods folder to the desktop.
    2. Find and delete localthumbcache.package file in the game. Delete also all folders with the word "cache" in the name - important!
    3. Fix the game in Origin.
    Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
    4. Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if the game is working now properly without mods
    5. Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using.
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
