@Yakko0601 Try disabling your Bluestacks software: a few of the errors in your dxdiag are related to a component of it, and if it's running while you play, that could explain the issue.
Your dxdiag also lists a number of Sims 4 errors that may be related to the graphics driver. There's a slightly newer driver available from Nvidia, so try installing that:

Don't use GeForce Experience or any other driver update service; just download the driver and run it as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator." Choose the custom route and the option to perform a clean install.
If that doesn't help either, please try playing in a clean boot.

When you reboot, open the Task Manager and look through the background processes list for anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running. (Not all programs are disabled in a clean boot, unfortunately.) For anything you find, you can End Task; anything critical will restart itself, or at worst, you can reboot your computer to restart it.
While doing all of this, please continue to test on a new save in a clean Sims 4 folder, to keep things simple.
