Skin glitch after updating

So I recentry updated the sims 4 to the latest patch, but when I got onto cas, this thing has happened where the skin has gone mad! I unonstalled a cc default skin I had, but to no avail. Help?

Update - RESOLVED

I posted in the Sims Forum also and rosemow suggested I try resetting my Sims 4 Folder.  I did that and it fixed whatever the problem is/was - all of my Sims are all back to normal.   I will still send you my Saves file if you want it SimsGuruNick in case it helps to figure out what happened to begin with - I have it saved in a separate folder on my desktop.

@ibshaun Sorry for the late reply but yeah, I'd definitely still love your save files so we can hopefully prevent things like this in the future. Thanks much!

      Please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload.

      Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.

      I'll make sure @SimGuruNick gets it
