@Sweety-218 Not involving OneDrive actually makes things easier. First, make sure there is in fact a Documents folder inside C:\Users\your username. Create one if it's not there, labeled "Documents" exactly like that. Next, use this guide to change the default location of Documents:
To be clear, you're changing the "Personal" registry key to this:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents
Again, exactly like that, no extra characters.
Don't change any other values you find in the registry. This is a powerful tool, bypassing certain system protections, and the wrong change can have disastrous effects. But following the Microsoft guide linked above should be fine as long as you do precisely what's described.
Once you've done that, restart your computer, launch Sims 4, and see whether it's using the correct folder. If it is, then you can move your saves, mods, and everything else from the old folder to the new one.
