[SOLVED] Sims 4 crashing on start-up, even after reinstalling everything.

@annalieserg Please uninstall any Razer software you currently have installed. (Simply disabling it isn't always enough.) If that helps, you can try reinstalling it; perhaps all it needs is a clean install or an update.
Since your dxdiag also lists a few Windows errors, it's a good idea to run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
If you still can't play, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
For any error that lists Sims 4 or Origin, or any that happened at exactly the time you tried to launch the game, right-click on the error name and select "View technical details," then copy the information and paste it into a reply here. Please only include errors from after you ran DISM and sfc. The Reliability Monitor only updates about once an hour, so you may need to check back later if you don't see anything new.
If there aren't any new errors, that's useful information as well—it means that something is blocking the game rather than it crashing entirely.
