Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Expansion Packs I bought from the EA App will not install on my Sims game. Even though the EA App says they are installed, my game itself in the marketplace says they are not installed and will not let me install them. Can someone please help???
