So the left is what origin says ( I hit the play button as seen from spooky stuff), the right hand side is what appears (I never receive a notification.
Also if you see at the bottom left - origin says its installed.
I've also re-installed origin and repeated all the above comments.

Hey so I had also noticed a post on the Sims community with a similar problem, and after talking with someone on there they suggests completely resetting the folder rather then deleting the cache. After doing this I repaired & updated all the games it seems to of worked. Thank-you for your help 🙂
