Steam Product Code For Origin
Just brought the Game on steam, Where is the Product Code for Origin? I can't play the game and Origin is asking for a Product Code cause its an "Unidentified Game". I can't find this code anywh...

I tried all of that and Origin is never asking me to link an account. I only have 1 origin account an 1 steam account and its not asking for a link or a steam login
@DDRacing29 That is rather weird. Once you start the game, you should be prompted.
What OS are you on ?
This is how it should be
1. Buy the game on steam
2. Download/Install on Steam
3. Start the game on steam
4. Prompt to login with your Origin account
5. Login.
6. Play.

i have Windows 10. And mine does this

If you go to your account here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index .. does Steam show up as connected account ?no the only thing that is there is my PSN account from back in PS3 days. Steam isn't getting linked.
Yes bro, I just bought sims 4 and I’m having such a hard time even trying to get the game running. My origins account is asking for the product code so it knows I have the sims but I never got any type of code.
@John1803Metcalf The typical reason this happens is you're signed into the "wrong" Origin account, as in, not the one linked to the Steam account that owns Sims 4. Make sure you're in the correct account and try again.
If you're not sure what account to use, go to ea.com, click the sign-in button and then the Steam logo, and enter your Steam credentials. Then check which email address is listed in your Origin profile. That's the email you need to use when signing into Origin.
- @crinrict thats what i did, i bought the game originally on steam and whenever i try to launch it just says "error: try relaunching game to continue logging in." i bought this game 2 days ago and its my first experience with ea, i emailed as soon as this started happening and i havent gotten a response. Im considering a refund. I have checked everything and im not getting any solution, considering how expensive this game is i'd at least hope for it to launch?? Please help me, thanks for your time.
