[STEPS UPDATED] Newly-purchased DLC not appearing

Bought Digital Deluxe upgrade for sms 4 but add-on is not showing in library nor in game. I have tried all trouble shooing advice including reinstalling game all the way to restarting my own modem. I...

    Hi all,

    This issue is currently being investigated by the EA teams, we'll be posting further updates here as we receive them.

    Thanks for your patience while we look into this, and the reports on this so far!

    While we look into this issue, please try the following to download and access your DLC:

    - Search for your pack using the EA app search bar

    - Click on the pack in the results

    - Select the Download option

    EDIT: Also it would be helpful if you could create an Error Report and post your Error Report ID to this thread.  Instructions on how to create an Error Report are here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/run-ea-error-report/

    Update: To best assist both fans and the teams currently investigating this issue we have locked this thread to consolidate reports in a single location. Please follow the steps in our EA app forums located here so we can assist further.

@579bb591d0274108 FINALLY! I got my packs. Maybe waiting does work, I can't know for sure. Wishing you ALL luck with getting your packs!

    Ok so after nothing worked, not changing my location, not clearing the cache, not even reinstalling the EA App (repairing isn't even shown as an option for me) I have now complained for the 5th time since this has been going on since friday!

    I'm sick of this but I can't even get my money refunded cause ea doesn't care and they'd ban me if I contacted my bank about this.

    Good way of showing your true face again, ea... I've had some issues for years, the ea app is origin but worse.

    I hope they'll do SOMETHING, even a smple reply would be nice, god I'd be glad if i got a simple "we don't care, not our problem lmao" as a reply, something please (btw I attached my email and ea account name so it's not anonymous).

    @EmiliaRies EXACTLY just acknowledged the stupid issue. They’ve been radio silence stealing people money. This game is supposed to relax me and instead I’ve spent my weekend stressed about where my money went.

    Got yet another meail today. Did it help escalate or resolve the issue, or provide some next steps? Nope. Just that it is an issue and its being investigated. No apology, no offer to refund. Can't even say sorry that your store doesn't work. Scratch that, the 2nd part of your store doesn't work, the part that takes peoples money and bans them for disputing charges with the bank sure does work

    Bout a minute after my latest angry post my games turned up. I wish luck to all, I did nothing it just turned up.

    @n3llypond Yes! I'm so sick of their excuses... wait... excuses? They don't even have excuses! Nothing! Them constantly allowing half finished games/dlc to be released at enormous prices only to not grant a refund because someone has... already played the game? And realized they didn't get their money's worth? Make it make sense.

    @YunaLazer I wish they showed up for me too ugh I'm trying to be active on this thread so they may see me and give me the packs so I stop complaining lmao but nope
