Still getting festival notifications
I turned all the notifications off after the option became available from the June 30th update and I’ve been playing a new save file I started on July 3rd. Just double checked and I have all notifications turned off but I’m still getting notifications for everything happening in Gibbi Point even though my current household is in Ondarion. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised it isn’t working but just wondering if anyone else is also experiencing this since it was supposedly “fixed.” So far I’ve gotten notifications for the fitness fest and the glow festival.
I can't figure out how to delete the post but I did figure out why it was happening. Google suggested it might be mods that were made before the patch to stop the notifications and it was. I'd completely forgotten to take them out after the update, so I removed "Stop All Festival Notifications" by Simularity and I believe I also had "Festival Notification Rework" by Kuttoe. After removing them I didn't get any notifications on Wednesday in game which is when I think I should have gotten one about something in Gibbi Point and Ravenwood, so I'm pretty sure that was my issue. I dunno if any mods want to go ahead and delete this post or leave it up for anyone else that may have overlooked those mods like I did, but like I said I think that was my issue and that it's solved now.
