Stomach won't go down

My sims stomach wont go down after the toddler update. Anyone know how to fix?

What do you mean? Is your Sims not getting hungry? Or aren't they getting skinnier?

    She or he is saying that after their sims had a baby, the stomach didn't go back to normal. It stayed as if the sim was still pregnant.
