Storybook Nursery Kit Downloaded but "Not Owned" and not in build mode

I just bought the Storybook Nursery kit and installed it. When clicking on "Manage Add-Ons" it says downloaded and all is well. But in game it is not there. When going to the "Packs" page and then selecting the "Kits" option, it says I don't own it. In game, none of the items are in build mode. I deleted it from my packs folder and reinstalled and it still does not show up. I also cleared my cache. I'm only having this issue on my Macbook Air. I have it on my PC and all is well.

    @delaneybelaney  Please run a search for SP55 , which is the folder for Storybook Nursery.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter SP55 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
