I just bought the new storybook nursery kit on the ea app, but when i go in the game the stuff doesnt show up. so in game i tried searching for them in buildmode, and theres just a red cross over all the items and i can’t see them? and when im at the main sims page i found the pack and then it says «this pack is unavailable for purchase, but i literally already bought it, downloaded it AND restarted my game multiple times. what do i do?🥲
@Mipmini Please delete the folder for this pack and reinstall it. The folder is EP55, and you want the folder directly inside [install location]\The Sims 4, with the install location being wherever you told the EA App to install the game. You can see it in the App game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.
You'll need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager in order to delete the folder.

@8casyyiwqjwi Are you having exactly the same issue, and without any mods or custom content? Please post a screenshot or two for reference, and please also confirm that you deleted the EP55 folder directly inside "The Sims 4," not inside The Sims 4 > Delta or anywhere else.
I don’t have any mods or custom content. This is what I saw after I downloaded the kit.
@8casyyiwqjwi Just to be clear, the content doesn't load in-game either? Please check in Build/Buy: you can try to filter by the kit, and it will be an option if and only if it's loaded.
If the pack hasn't loaded in-game, please let me know what country you're in, just in case this message is region-dependent.
