stuck on finalizing after updating!
my game has been finalizing a 3 minute update for half an hour. i can't quit origin. i don't know what to do! help?

Mine was stuck in the Direct X setup step. To solve it I simply had to open Task Manager and force close the process DXSETUP.exe.
After closing it you will see a few processes like vs_dist and dllhost.exe pop up. This means that now the update is not stuck anymore.
My took like 5 min after closing DXSETUP and it worked, asking me to reboot my pc to complete the update.
