Stuck on loading page, cannot get into game

I click to play normally and it stuck like forever on loading page it’s not even on the first page yet (the page that allowed you to create new characters or resume) i just bought new PC for this s...

    @superfridayy  Try putting the EA App in offline mode but keeping your computer online.  If the game still works, try leaving the EA App online but disabling the in-game overlay.

Tried already but it’s not work for me

i try to launch the game via offline mode instead and it turn to just work out :-)
