Stuck on preparing download
Game is stuck on preparing download, I have tried everything. Any help

@kelsieo2020 Are you trying to install the game or update it? If you want to install, please see this thread:

If you want to update, try repairing instead. Clear the EA App's cache:

Restart your computer, open the EA App game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair. Then see whether the game is updated, and if not, try to update again.
