Stuck on Top Down View Sims 4

While playing the Sims 4 I became stuck on my top down camera angle. I tried the shift+ctrl+tab trick and it switched it to a bit of a better angle but it still isn't going into the complete front view which is just annoying. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    What camera mode are you using ? Sims 3 or Sims 4 ? Did you try switching between them ?
