@roberta591 You're not getting what I'm trying to say, and you're not reading the info in the dxdiag correctly. The native mode, as referred to in the dxdiag, encompasses both the native resolution and the native refresh rate of the monitor, in this case 1920x1080 and 60 Hz, respectively. The current mode similarly encompasses the current resolution and the current refresh rate again of the monitor, in this case 1920x1080 and 144 Hz. The monitor is not running at 60 Hz, it's running at 144.
This is perfectly normal and can be seen in many monitors that offer various refresh rates above 60 Hz. (That includes my own, which I can assure you does in fact run at 144 Hz when I tell it to do so.) There is nothing to change here.
