Suspended animation, Dead Refrigerators and Poor Bartenders

iI have several issues. First the library, when my sims visit there is a constant lag when socializing. I can click on a sim to ask a question or just talk and they just sit there, i have to pause and start again to get them to talk. The game does not crash, they all just stop, like suspended animation. This only happens at the library and has been going on since the September update and I didn't report it, I thought it was a known bug or issue. Second, with the latest update my Refrigerators, Crisponix budget deluxe, adequate and splendid, when i put them in my home and click on them it says that I need a refrigerator. I took it out of the house and set it on the lawn and it worked just fine. I moved it around to try a different position, thinking maybe something was blocking it preventing me from using it, nope not the problem, and it is just those refrigerators. I started a new game removed mods and tried again and still the same thing. Third, when I go to a bar and click on it, it tells me the bartender does not have enough money to buy the drinks, really, I'm the one buying the drinks not the bartender. This one really is affecting my game since I can't order drinks when I go out. I do have the new expansion pack, but this was something that started happening after the first December patch and again figured it would be fixed.  Some issues like the library and the refrigerators are not a deal breaker, the bar though, I have to say is. If someone else is having this problem or if there is a work around for it, I would love to know about it. Thank You.

    Thread concerning the lagging issue. Things to try are lowering graphics and removing things from Sims' inventories.

    Concerning the refrigerators, try restarting your computer/Origin, and repairing the game. Another suggestion is to open the save and then exit game without saving.

    Poor Bartenders though... I haven't heard of this issue before. You can use testingcheats > right-click bar > reset, but I don't know if it'll help. Are you still having that issue?

    sorry for taking so long to reply to your suggestions. the refrigerators are still not working. i did come out of game, removed all mods and cc, repaired the game went back in and moved to a new house and same thing. i took the refrigerator out of the house and set it outside, bought a new house, and forget that i did not delete the other one outside, but when i clicked on the one outside it worked fine and that seems to be the case. they work fine outside, simply not inside. it is only with those refrigerators. i will try the bar one and see if that helps, but i notice that it is only happening with the elders that tend bar. I am still having a problem with the suspended animation, but i noticed others are having the same issue, if it was not a big issue i wouldn't bother, but it interferes when i am having a party, or on a date, because they take so long to do one thing i end up running out of time and not able to complete any of actions to get silver or gold.
