Terrible Customer Support on Origin EA
I've never had any problem with Origin or EA until now, but I tried to purchase a game and it told me the purchase didn't go through and to try again. Now I have 3 confirmation emails and 3 charges to my card and no way to contact the company or make a return. Is there a number I can call or anything to get in touch with them? This is incredibly irritating. The online chat wasn't working either. It kept telling me I had a wait time of under 5 minutes even though I was waiting for well over 30 minutes. This is irritating me enough that I'm almost ready to be 100% done with Origin forever. Thank you in advance.
EDIT** The chat finally started working, so I was able to get help. Very helpful. I tried to do a survey, but the survey wouldn't load.
