The body option in CAS has been replaced by tattoos

Hello! Like the title of the question says, I can't edit the body of my sims. Instead of there being a 'body' button, its been replaced by 'tattoos'. When I make a new sim, I'm able to adjust thei...

This is correct when you go to CAS through a mirror, when you go through the closet you get fewer options. 
If you want to change any other options in that menu you might need to use a cheat.
