the gallery does not show up in the sims 4
the game says that it is fully updated but the gallery does not show up. My library comes up but not the gallery.

Do you have the option to go online in the game options ?
i dont have an option so what should i do ?
for becchels11: After getting into the game before I hit the play button I clicked on the Menu options in the top right hand corner and then the options button which showed up under the save button. Then I had to click on the Other button (last one) to get to the correct page.
- I did that. But it only came up with 'Privacy & Cookies' 'EA Terms of Survice' 'View Mods' and 'Script Mods'
It's the exact same with me, can somebody help?

I am confused because when I go there I find a blank screen with three buttons not even useful other than that it is a blank screen so I cant even go into the other option because it is not there. I restarted my game and everything and it would not work if I fixed by this point I am sorry I will try restarting Orgin but maybe I just need to update my computer. So this is weird because it worked before
I posted this previously in a different thread, but wanted to share it here.
I just checked my game and it gave me a message like:
One or more of the Sims online services are currently offline. Try again later.I'm taking that as meaning they've taken it down for maintenance.
We may have to wait till later this afternoon or evening. Usually maintenance is not more than a few or so hours. Then things should be back up.
@EA_Mai Do you have any info you can share on this?
I am the same as you. What should i do. I found no option for going online.
If you have an underage account (<14), then you have no access to the Gallery.
Do you have access to the Origin store through the Origin client ?
Hi, i have the same problem but do you have to buy the gallery?
