the gallery does not show up in the sims 4
the game says that it is fully updated but the gallery does not show up. My library comes up but not the gallery.
Do you have the option to go online in the game options ?

for becchels11: After getting into the game before I hit the play button I clicked on the Menu options in the top right hand corner and then the options button which showed up under the save button. Then I had to click on the Other button (last one) to get to the correct page.
I did that. But it only came up with 'Privacy & Cookies' 'EA Terms of Survice' 'View Mods' and 'Script Mods'
It's the exact same with me, can somebody help?

If you have an underage account <14, then you won't have access to the Gallery.
on that same tab at the top it says "Online features access" there is a box that has to be checked for you to be able to get to the gallery.
