the gallery does not show up in the sims 4
the game says that it is fully updated but the gallery does not show up. My library comes up but not the gallery.
Do you have the option to go online in the game options ?

I am the same as you. What should i do. I found no option for going online.
If you have an underage account (<14), then you have no access to the Gallery.
Do you have access to the Origin store through the Origin client ?

No, you don't.
If you're underage (<14) you can't use the gallery though
I'm not underage but it doesn't show up, and none of the options show up in the "other" part.
