The Game Won't Start

I insttalled Sims 4 a few days ago and have been having problems since. When i click on the game shortcut or 'Play' on origin, nothing happens most of the time. The activation UI is visible in Task...

There is a new driver version for your videocard, try to do a clean install.

Check your hdd if it has any errors.

You still haven't replied about your AV software.

Have you tried reinstalling the game?

Although it's part of Win8 make sure you have ms visual c++ runtime

Please provide DxDiag info.

Also try to turn off all AV, Firewall software including windows brandmauer.
