The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code.

I had the Spa Day game pack for Sims 4 purchased for me. I entered the code and clicked confirm, and it brought me to the Confirm Code Activation screen. Underneath 'product' is said 'The Sims 4 Spa Day', listed my account ID, and email. But once I click confirm, it takes me back to the page to enter the code and says The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code. This is frustrating, as there are no refunds or returns. Please help.

    Are you sure this disk wasn't bought from second hand? If the seller belongs to an authorized EA chain of stores, and if you had an invoice or bill then you should file a complaint there and apply for a refund or exchange of the product. If the store will not accept your complaint and refused, you could submit a complaint to EA

    EA just got back to me. I has the code emailed to me from BestBuy.com . They never got back to me so I went to EA. Turns out that the code they sold me was disabled and there was no content to download off of it. What a shame. Might go full Karen on them since its non return or refundable. I have the transcript and screenshots of the conversation with EA. Learned my lesson of buying from anything other than EA or Origin. Even though the other codes worked 😂

    I'm very sorry for you. Someone from this company had to sell the same code a second time. It is almost impossible to prove. It's a rather expensive lesson.
