I have the same problem, but everything you just said did not help the problem.

I have no idea what to do next.

    @Saartj_91 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    Go to settings and click on repair. Once the game has repaired itself, go back into game settings. In the advanced settings you should now be able to change from 32-bit to 64-bit!

    I tried all the above mentioned solutions but none of them did the trick. This was the thing that worked for me. Hope this helps 🙂

      @KikiKonijn I seriously can not thank you enough. I had exhausted all other solutions that I had found and a simple repair was all it took for that drop down menu to appear. 🤗

        I did all of that but nothing seems to work; 64-bit/32-bit didn't show up either. It's still telling me to install Legacy Edition. Please help me.

        I purchased Standard AND created a new account and it's still the same issue-- please help.
