Create outfits is nice, but not every time. I think would be nice to have how to save and import outfits. Would be useful to save time when you create a new sim and would like to use and outfit of other sim.
Well you could save the Sim to your library (not the gallery) and just load that sim and change the face etc.

That would not work if you want to use the outfit for an existing sim, for example if the daughter wants to wear grandma's clothes which she wore when she was young.
