@INUYASHA27 Your dxdiag lists a number of serious crashes of the graphics driver, and the driver itself is quite old. So please install the newest-available driver from AMD, the Windows 10 64-bit one here:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
It is possible that HP software will block the installation, since the driver isn't provided directly by HP. If that happens, let me know, and I'll write out how to get around it. This driver is absolutely compatible with your processor and graphics chip; the problem is HP software being too restrictive.
