The Sims 4 can't change langugage from English

Heya @satunei,

It sounds to me like you have 2 different versions of The Sims 4 base game on your account, the free version that released in October of 2022 and an older one (probably the Digital Deluxe version). That's what is causing the available language issue you're seeing, you can reach out to an advisor at http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us to have the older version removed, and that should let you install in the language you want 🙂

@satunei Just to clarify, did you previously have the option to install Sims 4 in Norwegian, or have you always owned the English-only version? Did you recently buy new content for the game?

@puzzlezaddict I'm not sure about Norwegian but I had other languague options to use when it was on Origin. I have purchased Cats and Dogs DLC recently and I can also see the base game as a new purchase when I transferred to EA App.
