Hi, i can't find my product code. When i go to the confirmation email, it only says a number, but it isn't the product code. What can i do? Where is the product code? Answer please, i can't play ...

Where did you buy the game ? On Origin ? If so, you don't need a code.
Download the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download , login with the account you bought it with and find the game in myGames to download.
I have the same problem as I used the trail version and it told me I could use the disc that I had to install it but now it telling me I have to but it though origin. But it says if I want to yes the did I have to have a product key and I don't know where I can find that
@TEGANBULLIMORE23 Not sure on this but I assume the trial download comes with a code that will expire after 48 hours of starting the game. After which you can buy a code (or even the code that comes with the disc) to activate the game to the account.
