The sims 4 deleted itself and won't let me reinstall

Guys please help! I bought the sims 4 a while ago and it was going well. Until one day I went onto origin and saw that my sims 4 game wasn't there. I tried to contact EA help services but that was a bust. So I then deleted the sims 4 completely off my pc, deleted origin, restarted my pc and reinstalled origin. But when I tried to reinstall the sims 4, it just says that the product code has already been used. I honestly don't know what to do now ☹️

  • If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.
