@Sonder1342 The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe includes the base game, yes. The difference with the standard edition is that the digital deluxe edition includes some additional in-game content and the digital soundtrack.
Yes this is right but today discovered there is also the option for buying the deluxe expansion for the base game so you just need to make sure its the right deluxe pack 🙂
