The Sims 4 disc wont play and I lost the product code.
Basically my dad bought The Sims 4 a long time ago, but we couldn't play it because it didn't work. So we just forgot about it.
But now I've found out about the product codes and how you can redeem them to download it without the disc.

I am aware of the free version of The Sims 4.
I have The Sims 4 Premium Edition.
I cannot find the Product Code on the manual....
@AmberPH The sims 4 activation code was on a separate card. If you never activated the code to an EA account your out of luck. Once you use the code that code is locked to the account that was in use at the time the code was used and can not be reused. BUT as you know the Sims 4 base game is free. All you have to do is create an EA account and download the EA app if you have a pc and you should be able to download and play the Sims 4 base game at that point for free. When ther game was released in 2014 the disc was only for installation and you still needed an account and you needed Origin to be running. After that the disc was a coaster. EA is replacing Origin with the EA app. This is the DRM for this game. Just because you have the disc version you STILL need an EA account and the EA app (if you have a pc) to play this game. So.. Create an account - download the EA app - download the free Sims 4 base game and enjoy the game.
