Hi,
I am VERY angry right now because after this newest update on sims 4, 4/16/2024, the whole game is totally broken... I can't play it at all because when I open it and go play, and then switch households, for example, the game either gets stuck loading OR kicks me out of the whole game.!!!. Today, I tried getting it to work for an our, restarting my device and opening the game again and again, but nothing!!!
Please fix this problem.
@tyv4loav4vvh As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and let me know which problems, if any, are still present.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Thank you, but I already have it on my desktop. I have never went to the game from the EA app. If thats what you ment.
@tyv4loav4vvh To be clear, is there a Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? If so, move or rename it, and then try again to play. If that doesn't work, please post a dxdiag.
