The Sims 4 game display problem

Hi! 

I purchased the Sims 4 just a while ago and installed it. But when I started playing the game, some graphcis are somewhat.. dashed and not exactly pixelated but something like that.

As you can see the sim is completely okay but the other graphics are completely off.

I checked the system requirements and my specs and I think theyre all good. But for some reason even if i tweaked the game settings its still the same.

Please help me locate the problem. I dunno if its because my specs arent compatible to the game of another reason.
