The Sims 4 get to work Hospital issue

Ok so I just got the Sims 4 get to work like a week ago, much like other people have. The one thing I've noticed that is super annoying is that when I go to the hospital with my sims  to have a baby ...

Do you mean your lot is empty or your doctor doesn't go there ?
