The Sims 4 Holiday celebration pack
It says it is freee but it won't let me play it or install it is any one else having this problem. i need help please

The holiday celebration says that i can play but it wont let me do any thing with it even tho it says it is free
- You go here: https://www.origin.com/store/buy/55482/pc-download/addon/holiday-celebration-pack and then add it to your cart and check out.
- Make sure to check the user agreement
- It should then automatically install to your game
- Start the game and you should get a message that it now has been installed
- The content should be in your game
Which of these steps don't work for you ?
it still doesn't work it says page is unavailable

It's been quite a few years since this thread was last active. Things have changed since, so what worked back then might not apply today. I'll lock it here to limit further necroposting. Please feel free to pop open a new thread and add some more information about your issue such as what happened and what steps you've already tried.

Are you talking about on the download screen, after you downloaded the Holiday Pack it say "play " next to it and when you press on that nothing happens? The Holiday pack is not something you can play like , play your Sim4 Game. It is content IE: items and such that are inserted into your Sims 4 game.
I seen that option there as well after downloading the holiday pack, but no, nothing is wrong with your game, you should have the items in your game, so ignore the option on the holiday pack and just play your sims game and you should see new content.
